Pb and Raspberry Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- ?55g (1/2 cup) oats
- ?10g (1 tbsp) chia seeds
- ?1 tbsp salted peanut butter
- ?A handful of frozen raspberries
- ?1 or 2 tsp natural sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, etc)
- ?180ml (3/4 cup) plant milk
Preparation
In the evening mix all ingredients in a jar or bowl
Refrigerate overnight
Enjoy the next morning with mashed raspberries, banana slices and more peanut butter
