Pb and Raspberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • ?55g (1/2 cup) oats
  • ?10g (1 tbsp) chia seeds
  • ?1 tbsp salted peanut butter
  • ?A handful of frozen raspberries
  • ?1 or 2 tsp natural sweetener of choice (maple syrup, honey, etc)
  • ?180ml (3/4 cup) plant milk

Preparation

  1. In the evening mix all ingredients in a jar or bowl

  2. Refrigerate overnight

  3. Enjoy the next morning with mashed raspberries, banana slices and more peanut butter
