Blueberry Muffin Oats

Ingredients

  • 300 ml of almond milk
  • 4 tablespoons of cauliflower rice
  • 1 banana mashed
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of raisins and 3 tablespoons of oats

Preparation

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan one for one

  2. Add 1 hand of blueberries when the oats are ready

  3. Toppings: peanut butter, frozen blueberries, frozen pomegranate seeds, shredded coconut, quinoa puffs and cacao nibs
