Blueberry Muffin Oats
Ingredients
- 300 ml of almond milk
- 4 tablespoons of cauliflower rice
- 1 banana mashed
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon of hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon of raisins and 3 tablespoons of oats
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients in a saucepan one for one
Add 1 hand of blueberries when the oats are ready
Toppings: peanut butter, frozen blueberries, frozen pomegranate seeds, shredded coconut, quinoa puffs and cacao nibs
