Favorite Oat Pancakes with Salted Caramel Syrup
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- plant-based milk (as needed)
Preparation
Blend 1/2 cup of oats.
Mash in a banana.
Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds.
Add plant-based milk until the mixture is pourable.
Pour the mixture into a frying pan on medium heat.
Cook for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until brown on both sides.
Top with your choice of toppings, such as salted caramel syrup.
