Favorite Oat Pancakes with Salted Caramel Syrup

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • plant-based milk (as needed)

Preparation

  1. Blend 1/2 cup of oats.

  2. Mash in a banana.

  3. Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds.

  4. Add plant-based milk until the mixture is pourable.

  5. Pour the mixture into a frying pan on medium heat.

  6. Cook for about 10 minutes, flipping halfway, until brown on both sides.

  7. Top with your choice of toppings, such as salted caramel syrup.
