Three-Ingredient Oat Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 cups of oats
- 1 cup of plant milk
- 1 banana
Preparation
Blend the oats to a flour in your food processor.
Add the milk and banana.
Blend to a thick batter.
Heat a little oil in a frying pan and pour in the batter.
Cook on a medium heat for a couple of minutes then flip and cook the other side.
