Three-Ingredient Oat Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of oats
  • 1 cup of plant milk
  • 1 banana

Preparation

  1. Blend the oats to a flour in your food processor.

  2. Add the milk and banana.

  3. Blend to a thick batter.

  4. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and pour in the batter.

  5. Cook on a medium heat for a couple of minutes then flip and cook the other side.
