4 Ingredient Whole Food ? Pancakes
Ingredients
- 2 cups oats
- - 4 ripe bananas
- - Cinnamon (and vanilla + pinch of salt)
- - Plant milk
Preparation
BLEND oats to a flour
ADD cinnamon + vanilla + salt (could add some protein powder or any other superfood powders here ...)
POUR enough milk to blend to a pancake batter consistency
Cook as you would normal pancakes (could add berries to the cooking pancake before you flip)
