4 Ingredient Whole Food ? Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups oats
  • - 4 ripe bananas
  • - Cinnamon (and vanilla + pinch of salt)
  • - Plant milk

Preparation

  1. BLEND oats to a flour

  2. ADD cinnamon + vanilla + salt (could add some protein powder or any other superfood powders here ...)

  3. POUR enough milk to blend to a pancake batter consistency

  4. Cook as you would normal pancakes (could add berries to the cooking pancake before you flip)
