PB and Jelly Oatmeal Cheesecake
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Jam of choice
Preparation
Cook oats with plant milk, flax meal, and banana until really thick.
Blend the mixture with peanut butter.
Transfer to a small bowl.
Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator
The next day, remove from the bowl.
Top with jam and additional peanut butter.
