PB and Jelly Oatmeal Cheesecake

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup oats
  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • Jam of choice

Preparation

  1. Cook oats with plant milk, flax meal, and banana until really thick.

  2. Blend the mixture with peanut butter.

  3. Transfer to a small bowl.

  4. Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator

  5. The next day, remove from the bowl.

  6. Top with jam and additional peanut butter.
