Mini Pancakes with Chocolate Filling
Ingredients
- 2 bananas
- 100 g oats
- 200 ml plant milk
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 chocolate nib per pancake
Preparation
In a blender mix all the ingredients besides the chocolate, ensuring it is smooth and liquid but not super runny.
Heat up a pan on medium heat.
If you do not have a piping bag, use an old plastic bag, fill it with the dough, and cut a small hole in one corner.
Squeeze circles of dough into the pan for each pancake and decorate with one chocolate nib per pancake.
Add another small layer of dough over the melting chocolate.
Turn the pancakes around once they no longer stick to the pan.
Repeat the process until all dough is used.
