Matcha Chai Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of oats.
  • 1 banana.
  • 1.5 cups of plant milk.
  • 2 tbsp cocoa/cacao powder.

Preparation

  1. Blitz the oats in your food processor/blender until you have a fine flour

  2. Add the rest of the ingredients & blend to a thick batter

  3. Pour a small amount of oil in a frying pan & pour in the batter

  4. Cook on a medium heat until the surface starts to bubble

  5. Flip & cook the other side for a minute
