Matcha Chai Latte
Ingredients
- 2 cups of oats.
- 1 banana.
- 1.5 cups of plant milk.
- 2 tbsp cocoa/cacao powder.
Preparation
Blitz the oats in your food processor/blender until you have a fine flour
Add the rest of the ingredients & blend to a thick batter
Pour a small amount of oil in a frying pan & pour in the batter
Cook on a medium heat until the surface starts to bubble
Flip & cook the other side for a minute
