Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 tablespoon flax meal
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- Jam of choice
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together except the jam and 1 tablespoon peanut butter.
Let it sit overnight.
The next day, top the oats with jam and peanut butter and enjoy.
