Peanut Butter Jelly Zucchini Protein Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 cups liquid (I used 1 cup soy milk and 1 cup water)
  • 1 tbsp flax/chia
  • 1 cup shredded zucchini
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • Peanut butter
  • Jam of choice

Preparation

  1. Cook oats with plant milk and chia seeds for about 5 minutes.

  2. Then add shredded zucchini and cook for 5 more minutes.

  3. Stir in the protein powder

  4. Serve with jam, peanut butter, and any other toppings you like.
