Peanut Butter Jelly Zucchini Protein Oats
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2 cups liquid (I used 1 cup soy milk and 1 cup water)
- 1 tbsp flax/chia
- 1 cup shredded zucchini
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- Peanut butter
- Jam of choice
Preparation
Cook oats with plant milk and chia seeds for about 5 minutes.
Then add shredded zucchini and cook for 5 more minutes.
Stir in the protein powder
Serve with jam, peanut butter, and any other toppings you like.
