Vegan Red Velvet Oat Porridge
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2 cups liquid (I used half coconut milk, half water)
- 1 tbsp chia or flax
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 small shredded beetroot
Preparation
Cook oats with chia seeds and plant milk until creamy.
Add shredded beet and cook for 5 more minutes.
Stir in the protein powder
Serve with toppings such as banana, raspberries, coconut yogurt, cashews, shredded coconut, and raspberry bites.
