Vegan Red Velvet Oat Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 cups liquid (I used half coconut milk, half water)
  • 1 tbsp chia or flax
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 small shredded beetroot

Preparation

  1. Cook oats with chia seeds and plant milk until creamy.

  2. Add shredded beet and cook for 5 more minutes.

  3. Stir in the protein powder

  4. Serve with toppings such as banana, raspberries, coconut yogurt, cashews, shredded coconut, and raspberry bites.
