Vegan Beetroot Oat Porridge with Banana and Raspberries

Ingredients

  • 90 g grated raw beetroot
  • 60 g oats
  • 300 ml water
  • 1 small mashed banana
  • 50 g frozen raspberries

Preparation

  1. Bring the beetroot, oats, and water to a boil.

  2. Reduce the heat and cook until creamy, stirring constantly. Add the banana during the cooking process. You might need more or less water depending on your desired consistency.

  3. When the porridge is cooked, fold in the raspberries and leave on low heat for a bit longer to warm them.

  4. Transfer the porridge to a bowl, add toppings, and enjoy.
