Vegan Protein Oats Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 40g oats
- 30g protein powder
- 1 tsp flaxseeds
- 120ml coconut milk
- 70ml water
- 1/2 banana
Toppings
- strawberry
- a piece of 70% dark chocolate
Preparation
Mix oats, protein powder, and flaxseeds together in a bowl.
Add coconut milk, water, and mash the banana into the mixture.
Cook on medium heat until the oats are soft and the mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.
Top with strawberry and dark chocolate before serving.
