Vegan Protein Oats Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 30g protein powder
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds
  • 120ml coconut milk
  • 70ml water
  • 1/2 banana

Toppings

  • strawberry
  • a piece of 70% dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Mix oats, protein powder, and flaxseeds together in a bowl.

  2. Add coconut milk, water, and mash the banana into the mixture.

  3. Cook on medium heat until the oats are soft and the mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes.

  4. Top with strawberry and dark chocolate before serving.
