Banana Pancakes with Oats and Protein Powder
Ingredients
- 1 small banana
- 50g oats
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 170ml water
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- coconut oil
Preparation
Blend the banana, oats, protein powder, water, and baking powder in a blender or NutriBullet.
Heat a little coconut oil in a pan over low heat.
Fry the pancakes, making sure to turn halfway through.
Add your desired toppings.
