Banana Pancakes with Oats and Protein Powder

Ingredients

  • 1 small banana
  • 50g oats
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 170ml water
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • coconut oil

Preparation

  1. Blend the banana, oats, protein powder, water, and baking powder in a blender or NutriBullet.

  2. Heat a little coconut oil in a pan over low heat.

  3. Fry the pancakes, making sure to turn halfway through.

  4. Add your desired toppings.
