Simple Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 cup of oats
- 1 scoop of protein powder
- 1/2-1 cup of non diary milk(depending on how thick your batter is)
- 1 tbsp acv
- 1 tbsp baking powder
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a blender until smooth (be careful when opening as the baking powder might make it pop)
I added blueberries to the batter as well
Spoon onto a hot pan and cook for 5ish mins on each side until browned
