Simple Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 scoop of protein powder
  • 1/2-1 cup of non diary milk(depending on how thick your batter is)
  • 1 tbsp acv
  • 1 tbsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender until smooth (be careful when opening as the baking powder might make it pop)

  2. I added blueberries to the batter as well

  3. Spoon onto a hot pan and cook for 5ish mins on each side until browned

  4. ENJOY
