Sunday Morning Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup OATS
  • 1/2 cup BUCKWHEAT FLOUR
  • 1/2 cup of MILK - add more/less to thicken
  • 1 tsp BAKING POWDER
  • 1 small BANANA
  • 2 EGGS
  • 2 scoops PROTEIN POWDER

Preparation

  1. Whiz the mixture with a mixer to smooth out the banana and make it fluffier and lighter.

  2. Use spray light on the pan and cook the pancakes.

  3. Top with berries, honey, and protein chocolate spread for serving.
