Blueberry Protein Pancakes with Banana and Oats
Ingredients
- 1 scoop of @myproteinuk blueberry cheesecake whey
- 2 eggs
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 20g Oats
- 1 Tbsp @myproteinuk hemp seeds (optional)
- 3 Tbsp almond milk
- handful of blueberries
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together except the blueberries.
Add blueberries to the mixture.
Fry the mixture in coconut oil.
Top with yogurt, more blueberries, and syrup.
