Blueberry Protein Pancakes with Banana and Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop of @myproteinuk blueberry cheesecake whey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 20g Oats
  • 1 Tbsp @myproteinuk hemp seeds (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp almond milk
  • handful of blueberries

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together except the blueberries.

  2. Add blueberries to the mixture.

  3. Fry the mixture in coconut oil.

  4. Top with yogurt, more blueberries, and syrup.
