Shake Yer Protein Pancakes for Sunday

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup OATS
  • 1/2 cup BUCKWHEAT FLOUR
  • 1/2 cup of MILK
  • 1 tsp BAKING POWDER
  • 1 small BANANA
  • 2 EGGS
  • 2 scoops PROTEIN POWDER

Preparation

  1. Whiz all ingredients together with a mixer to smooth out the banana and make the mixture fluffier and lighter.

  2. Use light spray on the pan and cook the pancakes.

  3. Adjust the amount of milk as needed to achieve the desired thickness.
