Oat and Protein Powder Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 80g oats
  • 40g protein powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 350ml soya milk
  • some flavouring

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients together to form a smooth batter

  2. Heat a non-stick pan or griddle over medium heat

  3. Pour small amounts of batter onto the pan to form pancakes

  4. Cook until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook until golden brown on both sides

  5. Serve the pancakes warm, optionally with toppings
