Healthy Chocolate Oat Pancakes with CBD Infused Dark Chocolate

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of oats
  • 1 cup of plant milk
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 banana
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder

Preparation

  1. Blend 1 cup of oats to a fine flour.

  2. Add 1 cup of plant milk, 2 tbsp cacao powder, 1 banana, a pinch of salt, and 1 tsp baking powder to the blender and blend to a batter.

  3. Fry the batter in a little oil until the top bubbles, then flip and cook the other side.

  4. Top with chocolate brownie drizzle and fruit.

Tips

  1. You can make your own flour by blending oats, buckwheat, quinoa, rice, etc.
