White Chocolate and Peanut Butter Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter protein powder
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter
- 2 blocks chocolate of choice
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
- Plant milk or milk as needed
Preparation
Blitz the oats into flour.
Mash the banana.
Mix all ingredients except the chocolate and peanut butter in a bowl.
Spoon most of the batter into a ramekin or small bowl, then place the chocolate in the middle.
Cover with the remaining batter and drizzle with peanut butter.
Microwave until desired consistency.
