White Chocolate and Peanut Butter Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon cacao powder
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 blocks chocolate of choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • Plant milk or milk as needed

Preparation

  1. Blitz the oats into flour.

  2. Mash the banana.

  3. Mix all ingredients except the chocolate and peanut butter in a bowl.

  4. Spoon most of the batter into a ramekin or small bowl, then place the chocolate in the middle.

  5. Cover with the remaining batter and drizzle with peanut butter.

  6. Microwave until desired consistency.
