Homemade Creamy Sweet Potato Porridge with Oats
Ingredients
- half sweet potato
- plant milk or water
- cinnamon
- vegan protein (e.g., Vivo Life RITUAL dark chocolate)
- 50-100g oats
Toppings
- banana

Preparation
Heat the sweet potato using a preferred method such as microwave, baking, boiling, or steaming. The author used microwave.
Blend the heated sweet potato with a mixture of plenty of plant milk and water, along with one scoop of vegan protein.
Simmer the oats with the sweet potato mash to make a creamy porridge.
Add desired toppings such as banana, peanut butter, date, and maracuja.
