Simple Microwave Oatmeal with Protein and Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2-2/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
- 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- water to cover
- plant milk
- frozen blueberries
- banana
- kiwi
- peanut butter
Preparation
Add 1/2-2/3 cup rolled oats, 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds, 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder, and water to cover, then stir to combine.
Cook in microwave for 1.5 minutes on high.
Add plant milk and stir to make a fluffy oatmeal.
Add your favorite toppings, such as frozen blueberries, banana, kiwi, and peanut butter.
