Ingredients

  • 1/2-2/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • water to cover
  • plant milk
  • frozen blueberries
  • banana
  • kiwi
  • peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Add 1/2-2/3 cup rolled oats, 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds, 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder, and water to cover, then stir to combine.

  2. Cook in microwave for 1.5 minutes on high.

  3. Add plant milk and stir to make a fluffy oatmeal.
