Vegan Protein Porridge with Fruits and Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 apple
  • about 1/3 to 1/2 sweet potato
  • frozen berries
  • 100g oats
  • cinnamon
  • 4 dried apricots or dates
  • 1 scoop vegan protein
  • a splash of plant milk

Toppings

  • nuts
  • peanut butter
  • pumpkin seed butter
  • applesauce
  • soy yogurt
  • coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Chop dried apricots or dates and mix with oats

  2. Pour hot water over oats and let it soak up for about 5 minutes

  3. Microwave sliced or chopped apple and sweet potato for about 5 minutes with cinnamon on top

  4. Add 1 scoop vegan protein powder to oatmeal and a splash of plant milk. Mix well

  5. Add apple and sweet potato on top plus frozen berries and other toppings
