Vegan Protein Porridge with Fruits and Oats
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- about 1/3 to 1/2 sweet potato
- frozen berries
- 100g oats
- cinnamon
- 4 dried apricots or dates
- 1 scoop vegan protein
- a splash of plant milk
Toppings
- nuts
- peanut butter
- pumpkin seed butter
- applesauce
- soy yogurt
- coconut flakes
Preparation
Chop dried apricots or dates and mix with oats
Pour hot water over oats and let it soak up for about 5 minutes
Microwave sliced or chopped apple and sweet potato for about 5 minutes with cinnamon on top
Add 1 scoop vegan protein powder to oatmeal and a splash of plant milk. Mix well
Add apple and sweet potato on top plus frozen berries and other toppings
