Vanilla Maca Protein Oats with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 60-70g oats
  • 30g protein powder (used 6k vanilla)
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed
  • 10g dried fruits (optional)
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 250ml plant milk or water

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a pot and heat until desired consistency is achieved.

  2. Allow it to sit if needed for the right texture.

  3. Top with chosen toppings such as berries, coconut yogurt, fruit and nut bar, salted date peanut butter, vegan chocolate, and tigernut chocolate cream, then enjoy.
