Bright and Fruity Protein Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 60-70g oats
  • 30g protein powder
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed
  • 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
  • 250ml plant milk or water

Preparation
