Ingredients
- 60-70g oats
- 30g protein powder
- 1 tsp ground flax seed
- 1 tsp poppy seeds (optional)
- 250ml plant milk or water
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a pot and heat until you achieve the desired consistency.
