Vanilla Toffee Protein Oats with Fresh Fruits
Ingredients
- 60-70g oats
- 30g vanilla toffee protein powder
- 1 tsp ground flax seed
- 250ml plant milk or water
Toppings
- strawberries
- nectarine
- apricots
- 1 pumpkin seed bar
- peanut butter
- puffed quinoa
- hazelnut chocolate cup
- apple pieces
Preparation
Mix all base ingredients in a pot.
Heat the mixture until you achieve the desired consistency.
Let it sit for a bit if needed to thicken.
Add the toppings on top.
Serve and enjoy your protein oats bowl.
