Protein Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 scoop vital proteins collagen
  • 1 scoop organifi vanilla protein
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 cup oat milk

Toppings

  • sliced bananas
  • frozen wild blueberries
  • peanut butter
  • bee pollen

Preparation

  1. Mix oats, collagen, vanilla protein, chia seeds, and oat milk in a bowl or pot.

  2. Heat on stove or microwave until desired consistency, about 2-5 minutes.

  3. Add toppings and serve immediately.
