Protein Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 scoop vital proteins collagen
- 1 scoop organifi vanilla protein
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 cup oat milk
Toppings
- sliced bananas
- frozen wild blueberries
- peanut butter
- bee pollen
Preparation
Mix oats, collagen, vanilla protein, chia seeds, and oat milk in a bowl or pot.
Heat on stove or microwave until desired consistency, about 2-5 minutes.
Add toppings and serve immediately.
