Pink Bircher Muesli Overnight Oats Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 2 tsp flaxseeds
- 1 tbsp hemp seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla powder (not sugar)
- 2 tsp pink pitaya powder
- 2 tsp agave
- About 1 cup (adjust amount depending on desired thickness)
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together in a bowl
Place the mixture in the fridge overnight
