Amazingly Creamy Blended Banana Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2c oats
  • 1/3 ripe banana
  • 1/2c almond / oatmilk
  • 1/2tsp cinnamon
  • 1tsp hemp seeds
  • 1tsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a small high speed blender.

  2. Transfer to a jar or box with lid.

  3. Store in fridge overnight.

  4. Top with cashew almond butter, banana, granola, cinnamon, and bee pollen.
