Amazingly Creamy Blended Banana Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/2c oats
- 1/3 ripe banana
- 1/2c almond / oatmilk
- 1/2tsp cinnamon
- 1tsp hemp seeds
- 1tsp chia seeds
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a small high speed blender.
Transfer to a jar or box with lid.
Store in fridge overnight.
Top with cashew almond butter, banana, granola, cinnamon, and bee pollen.
