Chia Overnight Oats with Cinnamon and Fruits
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp apple sauce
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups water
Preparation
Mix the ingredients with two cups of water.
Put the mixture in the refrigerator overnight.
Enjoy topped with fruits such as banana, apple, kiwi, and chocolate.
