Apple Cinnamon Oats with Chia and Peanut Butter

Ingredients

  • 60g oats
  • 10g chia seeds
  • water
  • 30g peanut butter
  • 100g apple
  • 5g honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Cook 60g oats and 10g chia seeds in water in the microwave.

  2. Cook 100g apple with 5g honey, 1 tsp cinnamon, and some water until softened.

  3. Top the oat mixture with 30g peanut butter and the cooked apple mixture.
