Easy Gluten-Free Oat and Apple Breakfast
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons gf oats
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 teaspoon peanut butter
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 apple
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
Preparation
Peel and slice the apple.
Combine all ingredients together.
Cook for about 6 to 8 minutes until the oats and apple are cooked.
Do not overcook to avoid mushy apples.
