Easy Gluten-Free Oat and Apple Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons gf oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 apple
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice

Preparation

  1. Peel and slice the apple.

  2. Combine all ingredients together.

  3. Cook for about 6 to 8 minutes until the oats and apple are cooked.

  4. Do not overcook to avoid mushy apples.
