Thick and Creamy Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup GF oats
- 1 scoop of protein powder (I used pea protein)
- pinch of salt and cinnamon
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened and creamy, about 5 minutes
