Thick and Creamy Oatmeal Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup GF oats
  • 1 scoop of protein powder (I used pea protein)
  • pinch of salt and cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until thickened and creamy, about 5 minutes
