Sugar Cookie Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup instant or quick oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- splash of vanilla
- 2/3 cup unsweetened soy milk
Preparation
Microwave milk to warm, about one minute and 30 seconds or longer based on preference
In a bowl or jar, add oats, chia seeds, spice, and salt and mix together
Add in almond butter, medjool date, and milk
Mix together, cover and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes (the longer it sits the more thick it gets) while you prep your toppings
Mix again before serving
