Sugar Cookie Oatmeal


  • 1/2 cup instant or quick oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • splash of vanilla
  • 2/3 cup unsweetened soy milk


  1. Microwave milk to warm, about one minute and 30 seconds or longer based on preference

  2. In a bowl or jar, add oats, chia seeds, spice, and salt and mix together

  3. Add in almond butter, medjool date, and milk

  4. Mix together, cover and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes (the longer it sits the more thick it gets) while you prep your toppings

  5. Mix again before serving
