Easy Overnight Oats with Banana Topping
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Pinch cinnamon
- Pinch cardamom
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 mashed banana (other half for topping)
- 3/4 cup almond milk
Preparation
Combine ingredients except banana in a bowl or Tupperware.
Stir and set in fridge.
Add mashed banana prior to serving.
Serve topped with fruit such as caramelized bananas, peanut butter, and frozen blueberries.
