Easy Overnight Oats with Banana Topping

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch cardamom
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/2 mashed banana (other half for topping)
  • 3/4 cup almond milk

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients except banana in a bowl or Tupperware.

  2. Stir and set in fridge.

  3. Add mashed banana prior to serving.

  4. Serve topped with fruit such as caramelized bananas, peanut butter, and frozen blueberries.
