Warm Oatmeal Bowl with Banana and Spices

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 banana, sliced into coins
  • 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened

Preparation

  1. Add ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Allow oats to fully cook and thicken for about 4-5 minutes.

  3. Serve and top with fun things like golden berries, blueberries, pepitas, hemp seeds, banana coins, and peanut butter.
