Warm Oatmeal Bowl with Banana and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 banana, sliced into coins
- 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
Preparation
Add ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Allow oats to fully cook and thicken for about 4-5 minutes.
Serve and top with fun things like golden berries, blueberries, pepitas, hemp seeds, banana coins, and peanut butter.
