Cardamom Oatmeal with Banana and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cardamom
- 1 banana
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup or more of almond milk
Preparation
Bring all ingredients to a simmer in a saucepan.
Stir and cook until thickened to your preference.
Add a little more milk if the oats are too thick to make it super creamy.
