Cardamom Oatmeal with Banana and Spices

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1 banana
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup or more of almond milk

Preparation

  1. Bring all ingredients to a simmer in a saucepan.

  2. Stir and cook until thickened to your preference.

  3. Add a little more milk if the oats are too thick to make it super creamy.
