Creamy Cardamom Oatmeal with Pea Milk

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of turmeric
  • 1 sliced banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened @ripplefoods pea milk

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring mixture to a simmer.

  2. Stir and cook for about 3-5 minutes or until oats thicken as desired.

  3. Serve immediately with toppings of choice.
