Creamy Cardamom Oatmeal with Pea Milk
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of cardamom
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of turmeric
- 1 sliced banana
- 1 cup unsweetened @ripplefoods pea milk
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and bring mixture to a simmer.
Stir and cook for about 3-5 minutes or until oats thicken as desired.
Serve immediately with toppings of choice.
