Strawberry Oats with Banana and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch cardamom
- 1/2 cup diced strawberries
- 1 banana sliced up
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Allow to cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve as desired, optionally topped with strawberries, mango, a mix of seeds, blueberries, and pepitas.
