Strawberry Oats with Fresh Fruit and Spices
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tbsp ground flax seed
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch cardamom
- 1/2 cup diced strawberries
- 1 banana sliced up
- Pinch of salt
Toppings
- strawberries
- gooseberries
- blueberries
- raspberries
- pepitas
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Cook for about 3 to 5 minutes.
Serve as desired, topped with the fruits and pepitas.
