Cardamom Infused Oats with Berries and Nuts

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch cardamom
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/2 sliced banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Toppings

  • kiwi
  • blueberries
  • blackberries
  • banana
  • peanut butter
  • nibs
  • pepitas
  • puffed millet

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Allow oats to cook while stirring frequently until they thicken and become creamy, about 5 minutes.

  3. Top with kiwi, blueberries, blackberries, banana, peanut butter, nibs, pepitas, and puffed millet.
