Overnight Oats with Fresh Fruits and Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seed
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • Pinch cardamom
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/2 mashed banana
  • 3/4 cup almond milk

Toppings

  • mango
  • blueberries
  • blackberries
  • coconut flakes
  • banana
  • pepitas

Preparation

  1. Combine ingredients except banana in a bowl or Tupperware.

  2. Stir and set in fridge.

  3. Add mashed banana prior to serving.

  4. Serve topped with fruit.
