Cardamom Oats with Fresh Fruit Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch cardamom
- Pinch salt
- 1/2 sliced banana
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Toppings
- kiwi
- blueberries
- blackberries
- banana
- peanut butter
- nibs
- pepitas
- puffed millet
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a sauce pan and bring to a simmer.
Allow oats to cook while stirring frequently.
Oats should thicken and become creamy after about 5 minutes.
Assembly
Top the cooked oats with kiwi, blueberries, blackberries, banana, peanut butter, nibs, pepitas, and puffed millet.
