Simple Cinnamon Oats Breakfast with Banana and Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 banana

Optional additions

  • almond yogurt
  • mango
  • blueberries
  • hemp seeds
  • pepitas

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir and cook until thickened, about 5 minutes.

  3. Then top with desired toppings such as almond yogurt, mango, blueberries, hemp seeds, and pepitas.
