Simple Oatmeal Breakfast with Fresh Mango Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk

Toppings

  • mango
  • banana slices
  • blueberries
  • coconut flakes
  • pepitas
  • roasted buckwheat
  • hemp hearts

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Cook for about 5 minutes while stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

  3. Remove from heat and serve.

  4. Top with mango, banana slices, blueberries, coconut flakes, pepitas, roasted buckwheat, and hemp hearts.
