Simple Oatmeal Breakfast with Fresh Mango Toppings
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
Toppings
- mango
- banana slices
- blueberries
- coconut flakes
- pepitas
- roasted buckwheat
- hemp hearts
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Cook for about 5 minutes while stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
Remove from heat and serve.
Top with mango, banana slices, blueberries, coconut flakes, pepitas, roasted buckwheat, and hemp hearts.
