Creamy Cardamom Oats with Strawberries and Nut Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 3/4 cup unsweetened soy milk (or any milk)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax seeds
  • 1 tbsp coconut flakes
  • Pinch of cardamom
  • Pinch of cinnamon
  • Pinch of ginger
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp raisins
  • 1 mashed banana

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients except banana together and mix well.

  2. Place in fridge overnight to soak.

  3. Prior to serving, add mashed banana and mix well.

  4. Serve topped with fruit and nut butter.
