Quick Maca Oats with Fruits and Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Once at a simmer, cook and thicken while stirring for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.

  3. Top with desired fruits and seeds, such as strawberries, banana, blueberries, pepitas, cacao nibs, and hemp hearts.
