Quick Maca Oats with Fruits and Seeds
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp maca powder
- 1/2 banana
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Once at a simmer, cook and thicken while stirring for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.
Top with desired fruits and seeds, such as strawberries, banana, blueberries, pepitas, cacao nibs, and hemp hearts.
