Oatmeal with Banana and Ginger

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 banana, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1 tsp sweetener of choice
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened soy milk

Optional

  • 2 tbsp chopped pecans

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir continuously until oats have thickened.

  3. Serve with additional fruit and toppings.
