Oatmeal with Banana and Ginger
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp sweetener of choice
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup unsweetened soy milk
Optional
- 2 tbsp chopped pecans
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir continuously until oats have thickened.
Serve with additional fruit and toppings.
