Ginger Oats Breakfast Bowl with Banana

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/4 tsp ginger powder
  • 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.

  2. Stir and cook for about 5 minutes until thick and creamy.

  3. Remove from stove.

  4. Pour into a serving bowl.

  5. Top with desired toppings such as pomegranate, homemade nut butter, and seeds.
