Ginger Oats Breakfast Bowl with Banana
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/4 tsp ginger powder
- 1/2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 banana
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a saucepan and bring to a simmer.
Stir and cook for about 5 minutes until thick and creamy.
Remove from stove.
Pour into a serving bowl.
Top with desired toppings such as pomegranate, homemade nut butter, and seeds.
